• Does this product use artificial fragrances?

  Nope! All of the fragrance from this product uses only natural essential oils. We also don’t have any sulfates, parabens, phthalates, or alcohol in this blend, so it’s hypoallergenic!

• What if my dog swallows some?

  Don’t fret! If your dog eats some of the product, they may have an upset stomach until it passes, but it won’t cause any permanent harm. Each case is different though, so if symptoms persist, contact your vet.

• What is the shelf life on this product?

  This product is good for two years after opening. After that point it may lose some of its smell, but won’t cause any harm to your dog if used.

• How long does the smell last?

  It depends on your dog’s coat texture and length and how dirty they were to start, but you can expect scent to last for at least a couple of hours.

• Can I use this spritz in place of a bath?

  While this spritz will help to remove loose debris and fur from your dog’s coat, but won’t provide as thorough of a cleaning as a proper bath. Try out our Calming Lavender Shampoo when your dog is due for a deep cleaning!

• Should this be used on dry or wet coats?

  Either! It can be used to freshen up a stinky dog, or following a bath for a more lasting scent and more conditioned fur.

• Where should I spray this on my dog?

  It’s best to use this spritz on the stinkiest parts of your dog, like their armpits, behind their ears, or at the base of their tail. But this can be used all over the dog or wherever it’s needed most!

• Can I use this on my dog’s bedding?

  This product may help cover up some smells lingering on your pet’s blankets, bedding, or clothing, but it’s best to keep those items clean with regular washing to remove dirt and debris more effectively from their environment.

• Is this product safe for cats?

  This product was formulated specifically for dogs and is not recommended for cats. Cats have more sensitive skin and fur, and may not like having something new added to their coat.

• Does this product help with shedding?

  While we strive to create a natural, soothing formula, we can’t control for allergies or sensitivities your dog may have. Try spraying a small amount on your dog first to make sure they don’t have any skin irritation from this product before using it all over their body.
